You may have spotted Martin on TV. He featured with Alex Polizzi a few years ago and more recently with Robson Green and Fern Britton.

 

In all aspects of his work Martin is quite the perfectionist. He provides good quality, honest food for honest prices and wants customers to be able to experience value for money through the quality of food he produces.

 

If you've seen him in action you will have witnessed all of this. The other thing that customers tend to comment on is the speed he works at. It really is great to watch him produce restaurant quality food at fast food speed!
